Design a mobile shopping experience where people order clothes to try at home, get styling help on what to pick, and only pay for the pieces they actually want to keep. Everything else gets picked up for free, no questions asked.

The Problem

You can’t really decide from a product page

Listening before designing

The big insight here was that people weren’t mainly worried about whether something would look good in a photo. They were worried about whether it would actually feel good and suit them in person, things like fit around the shoulders, fabric weight, or whether two pieces really worked together as an outfit. These are tactile, personal questions that no image or size chart can really answer. So the design problem became about removing the risk of finding out, not just predicting the answer ahead of time.
